Samantha Rathling is the Founder and Managing Director of Expect Talent, a unique recruitment business specialising in high-volume recruitment across all European languages, for clients across Ireland & UK. Samantha is a dynamic, driven and ambitious entrepreneur. She started the business aged 28 and now her company, less than 6 years on, generates annual revenue in excess of €3.5 million. Samantha is considered one of Ireland’s best networkers, having built her businesses entirely through networking, word of mouth marketing, online reputation and referrals. As a BNI Director in Ireland, and a key member of the BNI European Director Training team she helps and supports businesses to grow their business through the power of “Givers Gain”®. Samantha speaks internationally on the subject of networking, delivering engaging presentations to audiences across the world. Her story inspires and motivates people to engage with networking in a completely different way. In 2011, Samantha signed a publishing deal, and is a contributing author in the book “Building the Ultimate Network”, due for release before the end of this year.
